How Refunds Affect Your Commissions
Refund Within 7 Days
If a customer requests a refund within 7 days, the associated commission is deducted from your next payment. If your account balance goes negative, it will be recovered from future earnings.
After 7 Days
No refunds are processed after 7 days. Your commission is protected and fully earned.
Chargebacks & Disputes
In rare cases of credit card chargebacks or payment disputes, the associated commission may be reversed regardless of the 7-day window. This protects both KuhstomDataGPT and affiliates from fraudulent activity.
Note: Chargebacks are extremely rare (less than 0.5% of transactions) and are typically resolved in favor of legitimate purchases.

You earn commission immediately when a referral signs up for a paid plan. Free plan signups don't generate commission until they upgrade.
What if my referral downgrades their plan?
Your commission adjusts to reflect their new plan rate. If they downgrade to the free plan, you stop earning commission until they upgrade again.
How long do I continue earning commissions?
You earn 30% commission every month for the lifetime of the customer's subscription. If they stay subscribed for 5 years, you earn for 5 years.
Can I see my pending commissions?
Yes! Your affiliate dashboard shows real-time pending commissions, confirmed earnings, and payout history.
What happens if I don't reach the $20 minimum?
Your balance rolls over to the next month. It will keep accumulating until you reach $20, at which point payment is processed automatically.
Are there any fees or deductions from my commission?
No! The 30% commission rate is what you receive. We don't deduct processing fees or other charges. The only deductions occur for refunds or chargebacks.
